C3 is led by Founder and Chief Supporting Officer Kristi S. Halford, who built her career in the greater Baltimore region serving in a number of leadership roles and working in a variety of capacities as a trusted advisor to executive teams. She has 20+ years’ experience creating and directing comprehensive strategies to achieve organizational branding and revenue goals, and philanthropic initiatives that demonstrate positive community impact; with expertise leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to establish strategic policies and objectives, and develop short- and long-term goals, work plans, and timetables.
